Microsoft Windows 10 Updates KB450960 Cause Printer Problem

Recently many customer complaining AI can't open, Excel shutdown itself and some can't print to the network printer.

All the above problem is caused by the latest Microsoft Windows Update KB4560960. Microsoft is investigating this updates.

Before Microsoft have come out any updates to fix this problem, the only way is to uninstall the KB4560960 first.

Solution :

1.

Go to Control Panel and look for Program and Features.

2.

On the left sidebar select view installed updates.

3.

Double Click KB4560960 and uninstall it, then restart the system again. It should fix the problem.
