Sometimes I use Canon Service Tool try to reset printer ink absorber full error, but not always success reset it.  Most of the time will come out error 002 or 006, but I'm not a technician of Canon, I don't know what it means. Because of COVID-19 Virus, many student and worker have to stay at home study or work.  And most of then require a Webcam, but in the market recently webcam is out of stock.  Here has a solution to it, we can use our smartphone camera as a webcam for PC.  DroidCam is a free APP/Software to do it.  Software Detail : Name: DroidCam Version: V6.8 System: Android | Windows Website:  https://www.dev47apps.com/ Download: Google Play | PC Client You have to download and install it on phone and PC and both devices must in the same network. 1. 1.  On printer there, press "Menu", then press"*2864" go into maintenance mode.  2. While you see the maintenance on screen, press "76" on Numpad.  3. The LCD screen will show up "Cleaning All", Press Mono Start to clean. 4. After done cleaning, press "99" to exit the Maintenance Mode.

Recently many customer complaining AI can't open, Excel shutdown itself and some can't print to the network printer. All the above problem is caused by the latest Microsoft Windows Update KB4560960. Microsoft is investigating this updates. Microsoft is investigating printer problems caused by KB4560960 and KB4557957 updates Before Microsoft have come out any updates to fix this problem, the only way is to uninstall the KB4560960 first. Solution : 1. Go to Control Panel and look for Program and Features. 2. On the left sidebar select view installed updates. 3. Double Click KB4560960 and uninstall it, then restart the system again. It should fix the problem.
